About Nathaniel
Nathaniel is an experienced cycling coach and performance consultant. He is a MSc graduate of Leeds Beckett University where he proposed research in the field of cycling sprint performance optimisation. During his time coaching, he's advised athletes globally to improve their cycling performance. Nathaniel loves analysing training data and staying up-to-date with the latest scientific literature to identify new effective training methods.
He has previously raced road across the UK and South-East Asia but nowadays prefers chasing long-day bike adventures on and off-road and takes part in MTB XC Marathons to satisfy his competitive side.
Beyond the experience Nathaniel has gained, he has also achieved the following qualifications:
